The process is simple.
- You contact us to get the ball rolling. We give you details about the terms and fee for the document(s) you want, plus the information we need from you.
- You email the documents and provide any other relevant information we request.
- We issue a PayPal invoice to you based on the document(s) you select, and you remit payment with PayPal, which works with your PayPal account, credit or debit card, or checking account. PayPal is the only form of payment that we accept.
- We begin work on your résumé, cover letter, etc. after we receive both your payment and the requested information. Prepayment is required and non-negotiable.
- We send a draft of each document for your review before issuing the final version.
- When everything is complete, you have a copy of your résumé etc., usually within one business day from the time we have received all of your information.
