Below are a few projects and engagements involving analysis, infrastructure, and other areas of business operations that I have worked on in various industries.

Spot-On Planning: Developed and executed a national, multi-region recruitment plan for a new Eli Lilly osteoporosis drug clinical trial, working with a defined target, strict budget, and hyper-local geographic parameters. The campaign exceeded goals for both qualified candidates and participants across all regions. The client stated that this was the most successful clinical trial recruitment effort to date.

Opportunity Identification: An example of something small making a big difference: Concepted and created the Web Calculator product at Relevant Knowledge, collaborating with the development team to build the tool’s features and with the sales team to bring the offering to market. Resulted in a 325% sales increase vs. previous quarter.

System Integration: Along with the president of Hallelujah Acres and the Christian health products company’s department directors, reviewed business systems and determined the need for upgrades across the board. Co-led with the IT Director the company’s transition from legacy systems to a single, robust data system for communication, customer, financial, inventory, and sales management, allowing team members to work seamlessly within their areas as well as cross-functionally across the organization.

Strategic Redirection: Reviewed the client’s advertising plan for a new Polaroid camera promotion and determined the numbers would be better if we pivoted from using a Sunday supplement to using television. Researched the costs, developed a TV plan with the print budget, presented the recommendation, and got it approved. The campaign overdelivered the sales goals. The client ran the promotion a few times a year for several years afterward.
